Extended Warranty
Evoque Products: Extended Battery Warranty Program
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 7, 2026
1. Overview and Eligibility
The Evoque Extended Battery Warranty ("Extended Warranty") is a limited service contract specifically for the traction battery of Evoque electric vehicles.
1.1 Strict Purchase Timing
This Extended Warranty is only available for purchase at the exact time of the original product purchase. Eligibility expires immediately upon the completion of the primary product transaction.
-
The Extended Warranty cannot be added, purchased, or applied retrospectively (e.g., one hour or one day after the sale).
-
Proof of simultaneous purchase on a single invoice is required for all claims.
1.2 Excluded Products
The "Small Segment" products, including all standalone batteries and Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries, are strictly excluded from this Extended Warranty program. Only the lithium-ion batteries integrated into the specific models listed in Section 2 are eligible.
2. Extended Warranty Pricing
The prices below represent the cost of the Extended Warranty service.
-
Scooters (All models): Extended Warranty Price $699
-
Motorcycle Style (Standard): Extended Warranty Price $999
-
E-DirtBike (Raider, Bandit): Extended Warranty Price $699
-
Outlaw (E-DirtBike): Extended Warranty Price $899

3. Warranty Period
The Extended Warranty extends the coverage of the battery beyond the standard manufacturer warranty.
-
Standard Warranty: 6 Months from date of purchase.
-
Extended Warranty: Additional 1 Year (Total 18 Months of coverage from date of purchase).
4. Coverage and Claim Limitations
This program is a Warranty, not a Guarantee. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover "wear and tear," capacity fade due to age, or damage resulting from neglect.
4.1 First Replacement Event
If the battery is deemed defective by Evoque technical support during the coverage period, the first replacement is 100% covered by the company.
-
Exclusions: The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and administrative fees associated with the transit of the defective unit and the replacement unit.
4.2 Second Replacement Event (Final)
In the event of a second battery failure within the coverage period:
-
The company will provide a 10% discount off the then-current selling price of a replacement battery.
-
The company will not cover the remaining 90% of the hardware cost, nor any shipping or handling fees.
-
No further claims can be made under the Extended Warranty after a second replacement event.
5. Dealer Requirements
Authorized Dealers are permitted to sell the Extended Warranty provided they adhere to the following:
-
The sale must occur at the time of the vehicle purchase.
-
The Dealer must ensure the customer completes the Warranty form in its entirety at the point of sale.
-
The Dealer must fill out and submit the "Evoque Warranty Registration Form" within 24 hours of the sale.
-
Failure to ensure the customer completes the form or failure to register the warranty via the official form will render the warranty null and void, regardless of the price paid by the consumer.
6. Legal Disclaimers and Exclusions
-
Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is linked to the vehicle's unique VIN/Serial Number.
-
Neglect/Misuse: Coverage is voided if the battery is stored at 0% charge, exposed to water submersion, opened by unauthorized parties, or charged with non-Evoque chargers.
-
Limitation of Liability: Evoque Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, loss of use, or inconvenience.
-
Battery vs. Vehicle: This warranty applies only to the battery. Motors, controllers, frames, and other components remain under the standard 6-month warranty only.
Acknowledgment: By purchasing the Extended Warranty, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms, specifically the "time of purchase" restriction and the limited nature of the second replacement.
