1. Our Policy
At Evoque E-Bikes Canada, our focus is on providing high-quality products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All e-bike sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any e-bikes or accessories once they have been purchased. We encourage customers to be certain of their choice before completing their transaction.
2. Exchanges for Damaged or Faulty Parts
While we do not offer returns, we stand by the quality of our components. We will provide an exchange for any part that is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.
Procedure for Exchange:

Inspection upon Arrival: Please inspect your e-bike carefully as soon as you receive it.

Report Issues: You must notify us of any damaged or faulty parts within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

Initiate a Claim: To start an exchange claim, please email us at contact@evoqueca.com. Your email must include:

Your full name and original order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photos and/or a video showing the damaged or faulty part.

Assessment: Our technical team will review your claim to determine if the issue is covered as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will ship the necessary replacement part to you at no cost. Please note that we provide only the replacement part; any labor costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
This exchange process is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Warranty Policy.
