Exchange & Return Policy
At Evoque E-Bikes, ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount. Although we do not offer returns, we provide an exchange policy if your purchase arrives damaged.
Exchange Conditions:
- You may request an exchange within seven days of delivery if your e-bike is damaged.
- The e-bike must be in its original condition—unused, in its original packaging, and including all components, packaging, and accessories. E-bikes showing worn or missing keys, chargers, or batteries will not be accepted.
Exchange Process:
- Please reach out to us at contact@evoqueca.com to initiate an exchange.
- Shipping for the replacement unit will only be arranged after we receive and inspect the returned unit to ensure it meets our quality standards and eligibility criteria.
- Once your return is assessed and approved, we will promptly ship the replacement unit to you.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the damaged item to Evoque E-Bikes. Please provide a tracking number for the shipment.
- Exchanges must have prior approval or outside the 7-day window to be accepted.
Additional Information:
- Custom-built e-bikes, final-sale, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
- We only accept exchanges for items out of the original packaging or returned with prior notice.
